Focus on Player Development

We're less worried about winning 8U championships and more focused on making each Galaxy player into the best baseball player and young man they can be at 18U.

Baseball teaches the value of hard work, teamwork, overcoming adversity and other important life skills. We're working to build character.

Technology & Tools to Improve Performance

What gets measured matters. We use the latest baseball technology and advanced training techniques to benchmark players and mark their improvement in the off-season and throughout the season. Month-over-month and year-over-year growth is critical to ensuring each player reaches his potential.

Our coaches utilize Rapsodo Hitting technology to provide benchmark statistics and then track improvement through the off-season.

Rapsodo Pitching provides insights into how each pitch works, and at the older ages gets players familiar with tools used by high school and college programs in the country.

Arm injuries are rampant among pitchers. Teaching proper arm care is critical to durability and longevity, and we utilize Driveline Arm Care programs for youth pitchers.

A Dedicated Indoor Facility

We learned long ago that getting practice time in the off-season drives player development. Galaxy teams share a dedicated facility. Each team gets at least two practice slots per week in the training season - plus we host off-season camps and clinics.

  • High School-length pitching tunnel
  • 3 long tunnels/convert to infield space
  • 3 short tunnels for T work and soft toss
  • Multiple pitching machines
  • Set-up for J-bands & Driveline Arm Care
